As part of its new brand visuals, Audible proposed me to continue the style explorations previously started on the Use-case scenarios. This time to redefine the category system space for a better visual way-finding.
Grouped on families, each sub-genre illustration work on personalization, modularity and inside a square aspect ratio. Diversity, inclusion and bring cultural relevance convey to offer a dynamic and updated perspective.

On 2023, Platja d’Aro’s town hall proposed me to collaborate on its annual summer campaign. An animated spot for television and social media, outdoor and a collection of promotional elements, such as screen prints and a postcard kit.
The narrative on the animated spot accompanies visitors through the main assets of Platja d'Aro such as the gastronomy, commerce or its natural and cultural wonders.

La Querola de Ordino is a real state project picturing exclusive housing in Ordino, Andorra. The construction is fruit of the collaboration between the acclaimed architect Jean Nouvel, Josep Ribas and Jordi Sala.
The complex on its remarkable artistic profile, delivers a balance between the natural environment and its interior functionality. Heavily inspired by the local dark stone, the construction integrates the landscape of Ordino.
The communication wise and the visual identity has been developed by Mucho. They proposed me to make an illustration set supporting the visuals and stories of the community and their living experiences.
The following illustrations take seasonality as vehicle and in that case, how the winter season affects the perception of the project.

Mucho from Mucho is an encapsulated series where the lead branding studio, shares its thoughts and invaluable experiences working along decades with some of the largest companies worldwide.
On this issue titled CEO: Chief Everything Office, focuses on how the role of the CEO has changed substantially over the past 15 years. Different types of companies need different types of CEOs.
Thinking on the business world’s bold-faced names, they are intrinsically linked to their companies, so that the CEO becomes part of their brand system. ‘It’s the same way that nations that are monarchies need to put the face of their king on their coins’.
Otherwise, there’s a lot of risk in putting too much on their shoulders. The strongest companies are led by CEOs who are both charismatic and focused. Their success come to the ones who balanced their “master of ceremonies” responsibilities with a preternatural attention to detail making their vision a reality.

Personal project where I draw my grandparents house at Ciudad Rodrigo’ village, located on the Castilian province of Salamanca, Spain. With my grandad’s car, a white Renault 4 always parked at the door.
Original from Basque Country and known throughout Spain, the soft drink brand KAS, now owned by PepsiCo, commissioned an illustrated artwork for printing on metal plates and distributed on bars as a promotional item.
The Shackleton agency commissioned an illustrated set for the main soft drinks compained with a traditional tapa. The landscape is ‘La Concha’ beach in Donosti, Basque Country.

Floating markets are chiefly found in asian countries and always becomes an amazing chaos full of color and textures. You can find a big range of products and goods but it's easy to understand why them becomes in a some of the major tourist attractions.

Cover illustration of the winner Sant Jordi 2020 novel awards, ‘L’aigua que vols’ by Víctor García Tur. The Sant Jordi awards is one of the most prestigious in the Catalan language. Organized by Enciclopedia Catalana and Òmnium Cultural.
The novel reflects on memory, death, dignified death, and family. Set in Quebec, the protagonist gathers her family at the lake’s house to celebrate her 76th birthday. A place of memory, back to the childhood and to the place where she learned to swim.
The novel is full of symbolism and water is a recurring element that participates actively as a stylistic resource and guiding the narrative style.

El Bandarra is a beverage brand worshipping the vermouth golden era. Its communication breathes nostalgic for calligraphy, manual lettering, boots and barrels at wine stores, and ultimately for the celebration of vermouth production.
Leon Romero is the studio behind the graphic communication and they proposed me to produce these artworks over metallic sheet plates, in the same way as it was long ago.

Audi renews one more year its presence as official partner of San Sebastián International Film Festival. As part of this year campaign, the agency DDB-Tandem tasked me some poster re-imagining Audi’s E-tron inside four great film scenes.
From desert landscapes on Starwars, escaping from an airplane,
a picturesque town imagined by Berlanga or standing in front of the Tyrannosaurus Rex paddock on Jurassic Park’s film. The artworks were adapted to several formats such billboards and banners on the venue.

Empordà Golf is the hotel and golf club located next to Montgrí, Baix empordà. LaGranja design performed a restoration project on this complex. Giving importance to the materials, textures and shades from Costa Brava.
Supporting the interior design, the studio commissioned me a wall paper to apply in some areas of the hotel as the lobby and other common spaces. Besides, several illustrated prints were designed to communicate the environment of golf and Empordà.

Collaboration with Mucho Barcelona to redesign the merchandising of FCB. The studio stablished an art direction based on bold types and wide areas which reclaims the classic palettes of Barça.
The game style of Barça revolves around the players,
so accordingly we represented the main icons of the club
in a dynamic attitude.
Beside creating the illustrations for the products, we defined together the corners for the products inside the official stores.

Harper’s Bazaar proposed me to illustrate the subscriber’s cover of May 2020. Among the collaboration with some artists, this one was chosen to represent the current situation. The global lockdown caused by COVID-19 pandemic.
The magazine generally works through photography but in this occasion decided to reclaim the legacy of illustrated covers from the 20th century. In my proposal, I tried to capture optimistically, those small spaces of freedom during the lockdown.

Audi Quattro Winter campaign 19/20. Quattro technology has been illustrated in five pieces showing different sights of the vehicle in snowy Pyrinees environments. These pieces has applications on billboards along the ski resorts and press media.
DDB Barcelona in collaboration with Honest have thought of this campaign, aiming for a detailed model representation and linking it to the leisure and mountain sports.

Touch wood is the creative project run by Claire Mabin and Thomas Dantony for raising founds and support environmental charity programs.
The project involves selected artist to contribute in creative projects and make visible the recovery actions that take place in some parts of the world.
For this first showcase and under the given concept of ‘Nature’, I explored a physical piece made by 3D-cutted layers. My approach to ‘nature’ was based on a representation of an idyllic ‘cala’. The small bays inherent to the Mediterranean coast.

Bankia launched its new brand positioning aiming to make life easier for its customers. That’s why its new campaign “It’s that easy” under the Spanish acronym "SQDVI, las Siglas Que De Verdad Importan" that means “What really matters”.
The creative campaign by Pingüino-Torreblanca contains six graphic different pieces, applied on posters inside the bank offices, press media and digital. Therefore, I was commissioned thought The Mushroom Company to create an illustration set where characters appear in a medium shot.
According to this, we’ve established a dialogue in each character, using the framing and hand gesture to express the simplicity given in their services.

Boko is an Asian-inspired food delivery brand plus a take-away delivery space.
The Freshperts group commissioned me an illustrated wall mural with an asian look&feel and showing the take-away service.
Designwise, I looked for an asian folklore figure. The illustration is based in multi-arm divinity personifying the action of making delivery food.
The illustration is printed on eco vinyl paper and installed on the wall.

As part of the Audi’s campaign ‘silence will be protagonist again’ the agency DDB Tandem, commissioned me an 3 illustrated posters to promote E-tron model at the San Sebastián International Film Festival.
The creativity winks at the atmosphere of the silent film and the E-tron colors keeping a poster for each one.
These posters were presented in several formats such as banners and billboards during the 67th edition of the festival.

The 2x8 mural design shows the future of mobility in the city. A vision that aims to inspire the technological development of the automotive brand.
The illustration imagines a possible evolution of Barcelona’s skyline, with some of the mobility advances such as the autonomous car the implementation of drones and the future of urban transportation.

Promotional art for the documentary produced by National Geographic ’Salvemos nuestro mediterráneo’.
The documentary is based on the work of Manu San Félix, the marine biologist and member of the Pristine Seas project of National Geographic society.
The documentary exposes the degradation of the Mediterranean marine ecosystem. While he tries to inspire and convince the public about its conservation and the search for solutions.
The poster, under the art direction of bhub agency, focuses in the figure of the protagonist where a mosaic of forms reveals the sea’s biodiversity and the elements of it’s destruction.

The caravan formed by vintage cars takes the road to the coast between Sant Jaume sq. and the town of Sitges. From the beginning in 1959, the organization set a condition that the vehicle occupants participants were dressed according to the time of manufacture of your vehicle.

‘Ajuntament de Barcelona’ (City Council) launched the promotional campaign in Autumn 2018. The campaign’s art direction has been developed by the city based agency Sr&Sra Wilson. On this illustration set, has been important to bring some of the local iconography as well as different consumer types.

‘Join the Club’ is the global concept for PepeJeans’18 footwear collection. It takes place around the member clubs popularized in the British society.
Utopicum the agency behind the art direction, made me jump into this commission for developing an ad poster set.
The collection show some of the seasonal models and the direction of the project required an closed-up look inspired by the traditional hand-painted commercial posters on s.XIX-XX.
The references of materials, patterns and colors can be found in the furniture, and textiles inside these elegant British clubs, turning them into a still life pictures.

Trade & Invest Wales is the official Welsh Government marketing initiative for Wales. Inside their promotional activities, they edit a printed magazine which serves as a base for businesses and support local talent. On this number I got the commission from the international agency Smörgasboard to illustrate the cover and some double page spreads to act as dividers between the respective industry sections.
We got the idea of represent the international exports through the magnificent view of a cargo ship. A front view of the ship departing from the Welsh coast in the same way of the vintage line cruisers.
The interior sections were focused in the achievements of four professionals distinguished for be pionners, innovators or visionaries in their respective fields.

The Barcelona’s beer brand Estrella Damm organizes a tapas tour around some of the finest tapas bars in the city.
The agency BlocD contacted me to illustrate the ad poster announcing the Damm’s promotion; a premium tapa with every single glass bottle.
This ad is focused on the promotional key elements shown in the summertime context and framed in the Barcelona’s seafront.

The Barcelona’s Franz Schubert association organizes an annual program of concerts. Which achieves more international reputation year by year.
The venue on this cycle of concerts has the excellence of the catalan monasteries like Santa Maria de Vilabeltran.
For the 25th anniversary of the association, the design studio Mucho commissioned me 5 landscapes to transmit the character of each concert program; chamber concerts, lied recitals and instrumental solos.
The paintings traditionally have accompanied the classical music. For this project, Mucho came up with the modern view of the impressionism and romanticism. In this way, vector illustration and angular shapes aim to catch the light or the natural magnificence as stains and oil gradients did in the past.

This piece is a perception experiment in first term and an great collaboration for the Offf book in his 18th edition designed by Mucho.
Under the title ‘The visible and the invisible’ the book is a journey into the imagination and explores every act of perception as a self act of creation.

This book explores this fantastic organism that has faith in its own imagination. An organism able to worship the Invisible’
The experiment proposed to use the imagination and creativity to ‘erase’ or ‘redraw’ a provided image of a sloth hanging in a trunk. Only the 10% of what we see, we see with our eyes,
the other 90% is a very compelling creation of our brain. It’s thought this 10% that we correct whatever our brain is expecting to see.
It brings the opportunity t learn the new concepts that will feed our imagination, our 90%.
